the key to change is to let go of fear...
fear of loosing,
.. your right,
your liberty,
your property
.. your mind,
.....your dignity...
sometime it comes with a price but those who are determine enough, persistent enough and care enough, to change.. martyrdom for the humanity of passion exercised.
regardless of the right wrongs, the leap of faith by sincerity, loyalty and commitment to an idea could possibly be the core spirit of humanity to survive, strive and thrive.
for what its worth, even martyr did it for their own honor, respect and/or fame. the paradox of selfless in pursuit of self worth could be that we look out for others when we look out for ourselves.
even martyrdom happened out of selfishness and self preservation.
