2. The Youth Defined 2: Youth Action Forum 2013 is co-organised by the Youth Trust Foundation – myHarapan and the Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia . Details of the event are as follows:

3. For your information, this event is organised as a tribute to the 10 youth groups who are conducting community projects on the ideas that have been proposed during the Youth Defined: The Summit programme, held in December 2011 at the Palace of Golden Horses. All 10 teams will exhibit their progress and research work, detailing the long-term plan of their projects. These projects will be showcased at the Exhibition segment of the Youth Action Forum 2013.
4. We are honoured to have Y.A.B Dato’ Sri Mohd Najib bin Tun Abdul Razak mentor the 10 youth groups in an exclusive and intimate setting. Y.A.B. Prime Minister will also be gracing the afternoon hi-tea, a celebratory tribute to the youths of Malaysia where he will be delivering a keynote address to over 500 youths.
5. In light of this, we would like to seek your assistance in sending your young executives to the Youth Action Forum 2013 exhibition. Along with this, we would also like for you to nominate twenty (20) young executives from your organization to participate in the afternoon hi-tea with Y.A.B. Prime Minister of Malaysia.
6. The programme (Appendix A) is attached for your reference and perusal. We look forward to your organization’s participation at the Youth Defined 2: Youth Action Forum 2013, and appreciate your confirmation using the enclosed form (Appendix B) and sending the completed form back to us via fax at 03-7731 8116 no later than 25 January 2013.
