A Simple Way to Create RSS Feeds for Twitter
Twitter has dropped support for RSS Feeds but there does exist a solution, slightly complicated though, that you may use to generate feeds for your various Twitter streams including Twitter search results, user timelines and even Twitter lists.
Getting Facebook Fan Page RSS Feed URL
To get your Facebook Fan Page RSS Feed URL, follow:
Lets assume your page is https://www.facebook.com/hmm.love.actually
1) First, we need to get our FB Page ID Number.
We do this by replacing the www in our page URL with the word “graph” so that https://www.facebook.com/hmm.love.actuallybecomes https://graph.facebook.com/hmm.love.actually (and hit enter).
On the resulting page, fine the “id” and note it down. We will use it without the quotes around it.
In this example, our ID is: 119849451489632
2) Now we need to add this ‘id’ to following url:
https://www.facebook.com/feeds/page.php?id=119849451489632&format=rss20
This URL has MY ID in it… and you need to replace it with the ID you retrieved in step one.
Once you have put your ID in… you have successfully created the RSS 2.0 Feed URL for your Facebook Page.

Can I get site feeds for specific labels?
Yes, you can! If a blog you read is using labels and also has site feeds enabled, then you can pick and choose which topics you want to subscribe to. The format for label feeds is this:
http://blogname.blogspot.com/feeds/posts/default/-/labelname
Be sure to substitute in the correct blog address for
blogname and the label you're interested in for labelname. Also, don't miss the hyphen ("-") in the URL. That's not a typo!
Note that a URL of this form will only work if the blog in question is using this specific label, and has also enabled site feeds. However, no special site feed settings are necessary. As long as the basic site feed for posts is enabled (with either short or full descriptions) then label feeds will also work.
