DOCUMENT AND WORKFLOW AUTOMATION (WIP)

This is something that i've been trying to do for a long time - a simple interface that looks like a form (buttons, text boxes, drop down, radio buttons) which can simplify and automate the processes involved in trying to organize small community events. It will allow the creation of document, letter and requests without having to construct the whole thing from scratch. Its a volunteer project for the community and not a career. The goal is to make it so easy and cheap in order to encourage more event, program and activities organized. Below are some example, tools and workflow drafted to demonstrate potential user experience or processes and steps involved:

Graphic above is from a great website of a Journalist's Digital legal Guide where users can generate the relevant documents such as a complain letter, an appeal or a request. At the end of the process, users will be able to print the desired document. This might be called an ERP or an Enterprise Resource Planning which to me the most valuable resource is our time because once its gone, its gone and we only have so much time left but anyways..

I call this a Process Automation or Document Generator and the following are few online tools and resources that could be used to designing and build it.
